How long will it take to receive my package?

  • Our delivery time is 5-12 days from when the package is shipped. We aim to ship packages every business day. Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to high demand at the carrier.

Which carriers do you use?

  • We use PostNord, Earlybirds, and Citymail to deliver our products.

Can I return my product?

  • Of course you can return your order. Send an email to Info@TagClear.se to receive return instructions.

The product is out of stock, when will more arrive?

  • We always try to keep enough stock so you can order from our website. But sometimes we experience higher demand than expected. If you'd like an update on when the product you're interested in is back in stock, you can subscribe to our newsletter.
