Acceptance of terms of purchase
By completing a purchase at www.TagClear.se you accept our terms of purchase, including our delivery, return, and privacy policy. We recommend that you read through the terms before completing your purchase.
The company TagClear is headquartered in Falun. The company's postal address is Hedvägen 16.
If you wish to get in touch with us, send an email to Info@TagClear.se with your inquiry and contact details, and we will get back to you shortly.
- Order
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains all details about products, price, billing, and delivery address.
If anything in the order confirmation is incorrect, you should contact us immediately via email at Info@TagClear.se. - Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 5-12 business days. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends are shipped at the earliest on the following Monday.
Due to high demand at our postal carrier, delays may occur. We therefore ask for your understanding, as this is not something we can influence.
If a delivery delay occurs (without us having notified you of an extended delivery time), you should contact us at: Info@TagClear.se.
Please note that additional customs and VAT fees may apply, as you as a customer are a private importer of the product you order. - Prices
All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to price changes caused by price changes from our supplier, printing errors in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information, and we reserve the right to adjust the price. - Right of withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you receive an item you have ordered.
5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:
You must notify us that you wish to withdraw. The notice should be sent to us at Info@TagClear.se. Your message must clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which items the return concerns.
You should return the products to us immediately, and no later than within the statutory 14 days after your withdrawal notice.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and the condition of the products upon return; the products should therefore be shipped well-packaged and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the item's original value if the product has been used or damaged.
5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products that, for health or hygiene reasons, have been sealed and where the seal has been broken by you.
Products that are in the nature of a sealed audio or video recording and where the seal has been broken by you.
Custom-made products that have been tailored specifically for you or have a clear personal character based on your wishes.
Services that have been fully performed and where you have expressly consented to the service beginning without a right of withdrawal.
Goods that may deteriorate quickly, such as foodstuffs.
Individual issues of newspapers or magazines.

- Complaints
We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. Should the product nevertheless be damaged or incorrectly dispatched upon arrival, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to remedy the fault free of charge.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
The complaint should be submitted immediately after the defect has been discovered.
6.1 How do you proceed with a complaint?
Any faults or defects should always be reported to Info@TagClear.se, stating your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the fault.
If we are unable to remedy the fault or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the item is not faulty in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. For complaints, we follow the guidelines of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden), see arn.se.
- Limitation of liability
We accept no responsibility for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.
We accept no liability for delays/faults resulting from circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances may include, for example, labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, or reduced or absent delivery from a supplier.
Furthermore, we accept no responsibility for any changes to products/product features made by the respective supplier, or other factors outside our control. - Product information
We reserve the right regarding any printing errors on this website, as well as products being sold out. We do not guarantee that images accurately reflect the exact appearance of the products, as some color differences may occur depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to present the products as accurately as possible. - Information about Cookies
According to the law on electronic communications, visitors to a website must, for privacy purposes, be informed that cookies are used. The information in a cookie can be used to track a user's browsing. A cookie is a small text file that the website you visit requests to save on your computer in order to provide access to various functions. You can set your browser to automatically decline cookies. By shopping at TagClear, you accept our data protection policy and our processing of your personal data. We value your personal privacy and do not collect more information than necessary to process your order. We never sell or pass on your information to third parties without a legal basis.
TagClear is responsible for the processing of personal data that you have provided to us as a customer. We process your personal data in order to handle your order, and in cases where you have requested our newsletter or promotional offers – in order to tailor marketing to your individual needs.
The information below is a summary of how we, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), store and process your information.
10.1 What is personal data?
Personal data is any information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a natural person.
10.2 What information do we store?
In order to handle your order and respond to questions related to your order (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, and purchase history.
Your information is stored for as long as we have a legal basis to process it, for example to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation such as the Swedish Bookkeeping Act.
10.3 Legal basis
In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed in order to fulfill the agreement with you.
Marketing, campaigns, and similar communications are sent based on your consent.
10.4 What information is shared and for what purpose?
10.4.1 Payment provider
When completing a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. What is stored is first name, last name, address, email address, and phone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, your personal identity number (personnummer) is also stored with the payment provider. This information is stored in order to complete the purchase and to protect both parties against fraud.
The payment providers (payment services) we use are: Klarna.
10.4.2 Shipping company
In order to deliver your orders and fulfill our agreement, we must share specific information with the shipping company. What is shared with the shipping company is first name, last name, and delivery address details. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification purposes.
The shipping company we work with is: PostNord.
10.4.3 Newsletter
If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name, and email address are shared with our newsletter provider. This is in order to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.
We use Klaviyo for sending newsletters.
10.5 Right of access
You have the right to receive an extract of all information we hold about you. The extract is delivered electronically in a readable format.
10.6 Right to rectification
You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or complete information that is incomplete.
10.7 Right to be forgotten
You may at any time ask that the information concerning you be deleted. There are few exceptions to the right to erasure, such as if the information must be retained in order for us to comply with a legal obligation (for example under the Swedish Bookkeeping Act).
10.8 Responsible for data protection
TagClear is responsible for the storage and processing of personal data in the online store and ensures that the rules are complied with.
10.9 How we protect your personal data
We use industry standards such as SSL/TLS and one-way hash algorithms to store, process, and communicate sensitive information, such as personal data and passwords, in a secure manner.
- Changes to the General Terms
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms at any time. Changes to the terms will be published online on the website. The amended terms are considered accepted in connection with an order or a visit to the website. - Dispute and choice of law
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved amicably with the company's customer service and the customer, you as a customer may turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden), see arn.se. For residents of an EU country other than Sweden, complaints can be submitted online via the European Commission's platform for dispute resolution, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
In the event of any dispute, we follow the decisions of ARN or an equivalent dispute resolution body.
Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
